Logging a Round

A childcare rounds walkthrough always covers the whole building, not a single room. From the Rounds page, Log Round steps through every room the round definition covers, one at a time, recording a student count, a staff count, and any task checkoffs the round includes.

Submitting creates one permanent record for the entire walkthrough, with compliance computed separately per room based on whatever ratio standard that room has configured. There's no editing or deleting a submitted round afterward, the same as task completions and signoffs.

A room with no ratio standard configured records as not configured, rather than showing a false compliant or non-compliant result. Whether a check happened at all and whether it passed are two different pieces of information, and Rounds keeps them visibly separate.
