Data Processing Addendum

Childcare Owl processes operational data on behalf of childcare centers solely to provide the Service. We act as a data processor; you act as the data controller. We process data only on your documented instructions.

We maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures.

We do not subcontract data processing without your knowledge.

We assist you in responding to data subject requests.

We delete all data within 365 days of contract termination or account cancellation, or immediately upon your request.
