Updating Your Payment Method

Settings, then Billing, has a Manage Subscription button that opens a secure, Stripe-hosted billing portal. Childcare Owl never stores card details directly. From there, updating a payment method, reviewing past invoices, or changing plans are all available in one place.

A failed payment moves a center's status to past due, with a banner directing you to update payment. Access isn't cut off immediately, but it lapses if the issue isn't resolved. Updating the card through the same billing portal typically clears it on the next billing attempt.
