Understanding Round Compliance Status

Roles: Owner, Director, Manager

Each room in a submitted round lands on one of three results. Compliant means the room meets at least one of its configured standards, per-staff ratio or group-size, whichever applies. Out of ratio means it meets neither. Not configured means the room has no ratio standard set up, so there's nothing to check.

The per-staff ratio and group-size standard are checked as alternatives, never both at once. A room satisfying either one is compliant. Treating them as a combined requirement would make some entirely legitimate staffing arrangements mathematically impossible to pass.

Beyond the moment of logging, two views track this over time. The Dashboard shows a live alert for any room currently out of ratio, based on its most recent round, not how long ago that round happened. Reports has a Ratios tab for the aggregate view: rounds completed against your daily target, and average student counts by hour of day per room, useful for staffing planning rather than pinpointing one moment. Each round in your history is also clickable through to its full per-room breakdown.
