Starter, at $49 a month, covers up to 3 rooms and 2 custom task lists, alongside unlimited use of every system template, full task completion tracking, manager signoff, and standard reports and activity history.

Pro, at $99 a month, removes the room and custom-task-list limits entirely and adds four things Starter doesn't have: staff certification tracking with expiration alerts, PDF report exports, custom center branding on reports and in the app, and Rounds for ratio walkthrough tracking.

Both plans include a 14-day free trial, and neither charges per seat. Invite as many staff as your center actually has either way, at no additional cost.

The practical line between them: if 3 rooms and 2 custom lists genuinely cover your center, and certification or ratio tracking isn't something you need, Starter is a complete product rather than a limited preview of Pro. Centers tend to outgrow it through room count first, or through specifically wanting certification and ratio tracking.
