Exporting a PDF Report

PDF export is a Pro-plan feature. From the Staff Performance report or the Certifications compliance table, an export option generates a clean, shareable PDF, useful for a licensing inspector who wants a physical or emailed copy, a board meeting, or records kept outside the platform.

The staff performance PDF covers completions, missed checklists, and signoffs per person over whatever date range is filtered. The certifications PDF mirrors the compliance table: every staff member against every applicable certification type, with current status.

Centers on Starter with only an occasional need for this often find it cheaper to filter the same data on-screen than to weigh it against upgrading. Regular need, on the other hand, is one of the more common reasons centers move to Pro.
