Canceling or Changing Your Plan

Plan changes and cancellation both go through Settings, Billing, Manage Subscription, the same Stripe-hosted portal used for updating a payment method. Switching between Starter and Pro applies to your existing billing cycle, with no need to cancel and re-subscribe.

Canceling doesn't delete a center's data right away. It stays for 365 days after cancellation, in case of resubscribing or needing to export something, and is automatically and permanently removed after that. A full account closure that needs data gone sooner than a year can be requested directly instead of waiting out the window.

Resubscribing at any point before that window closes brings a center back exactly as it was, with nothing lost.
